This policy explains the eligibility criteria, process, and timelines for initiating returns and receiving refunds.    

Return Eligibility Guidelines  

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:  

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.  
  • Items must be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were delivered.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.  
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the given timeframe.  
  • Returns that fall outside the designated window or do not meet our conditions may be declined.  

How to Initiate a Return  

  1. Contact Support    
    Reach out to our customer support team at rendentventures@gmail.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.    
     
  2. Provide Supporting Details    
    If applicable, please attach clear photographs of the item to highlight any defects, damage, or issues with your order.    
     
  3. Follow Return Instructions    
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and any necessary instructions to proceed with the return process.  

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in our return policy.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once your returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it complies with our return policy. You will be informed of the outcome, whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been successfully processed.  

Partial Refunds  

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item shows minor damage or is missing specific components, and therefore does not fully satisfy our return criteria.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us with clear photos or a short video highlighting the concern.
