By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation terms outlined below. Please review the following carefully before submitting a cancellation request.
We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests when possible. Orders are generally eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
Orders in the processing stage may be canceled upon request, subject to availability and timing.
Please note that custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation due to their personalized nature. To check if your order qualifies for cancellation, you can visit your account dashboard or contact our customer support team via email at rendentventures@gmail.com.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, we will guide you through alternative solutions, such as return or exchange options, if applicable.
Cancellations are only permitted while the order is still being processed (48 hours before dispatchment). Once the order status changes to "shipped," cancellation requests cannot be honored.
Please note that during high-demand periods (such as sale events or festive seasons), additional cancellation restrictions may apply. These will be clearly communicated at checkout or via order updates.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still initiate a return request after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
At this time, we do not support changes to the items or shipping address once an order has been placed. If you need to make changes, you may cancel the order (if it qualifies) and place a new one with the updated details.
